there is a bug, while admin disable comments, and web-app user type in comment box, it can not update the database (read-only comments is blocked from updated). There is problem due to web-app user still can type and shown in comment box, although can not updating the main database. Please block the typing by web-user though! alternative, may be the comment box is shaded (color degradation of shadow) to show the comment box is unable to be input typed due to being disable by admin user aka admin module!
there is too many "empty" white room/space before the box of the each record, please minimize it! and make the same "thickness" (of the white space) for both at the beginning and the ending oh those each record!
make an empty space aka distance (1 line) before read-only comment boxes+before "the border line" (the 0.1mm line <hr>) in other words after "second" aka the larger comment box (inputted comment box)!

there is a bug in admin module
1) the "on-going status" does not "directly" appear when log in
please debug in showing the current status in the radio button after initiate log in
2) the log doesn't show cummulative log, it seems just current changes (at least from my observation)
please also improve the log report (line of command done) with interface should be "feel modern" and do not use "scroll" in showing the log; just keep show all simultaneously so remove the usage of scroll bar

activity log should show accumulation (its ok to only new start logged after debugging the code after the revision code compiled in this debugging case
current state aka before revision show that only data log recorded (before revision) only in the session of user log-in at the moment
it is wrong, the data log report must be showing all CHANGES from the start until end (current) of changes in the admin module; in this case is changes in hide/unhide comment-box as if it is activate/change option selected or deactivate/change option selected

activity report still only show data of the curent log-in and log-out session of changes in status of comments enabled/disabled itself
please repair so that the activity report showing all changes ever did, not only log in the one latest session
