🔹 1️⃣ Order Tidak Disimpan di HP, Tapi di Server

Aplikasi Maxim bekerja dengan sistem server-based (cloud system).

Artinya:

  • Status order
  • Lokasi driver & customer
  • Progress perjalanan (pickup → on going → selesai)
  • Estimasi tarif

👉 Semua disimpan di server pusat Maxim, bukan hanya di aplikasi di HP driver.

Jadi kalau:

  • HP mati karena baterai habis
  • Aplikasi crash
  • HP freeze / hang

➡️ Order tetap tercatat sebagai ON GOING di server, bukan hilang.


🔹 2️⃣ Apa yang Terjadi Saat HP Mati?

Saat device mati:

  • Server melihat driver offline
  • Order tetap status “on going”
  • Sistem akan memberi waktu reconnect atau customer bisa komplain jika driver tidak kembali online

Begitu HP menyala lagi dan internet aktif:

  • Driver login ulang
  • Sistem akan restore status order terakhir
  • Tidak kembali ke nol

🔹 3️⃣ Kapan Order Bisa Cancel?

Order bisa batal jika:

  • Driver manual cancel
  • Customer cancel
  • Terlalu lama offline tanpa respon
  • Sistem mendeteksi abnormal inactivity (tergantung kebijakan Maxim lokal)

Bukan karena sekadar HP mati sesaat.
